For Authors
Welcome to Things My Therapist Says Publishing, a healing-centered publishing house dedicated to amplifying the stories, tools, and voices that help people reclaim themselves. We publish transformative books, workbooks, journals, magazines, and narrative-driven wellness content that center emotional wellbeing, cultural truth, and real-world healing.
We invite submissions from writers, therapists, clinicians, and creators whose work lives at the intersection of wellness, mental health, self-help, identity, relationships, body image, trauma recovery, personal growth, and culturally rooted healing. Whether your project is deeply clinical, beautifully creative, or grounded in lived experience, we welcome work that helps people unlearn survival, find their voice, and experience themselves more fully.
As a platform created to elevate marginalized storytellers, TMTSP is deeply committed to uplifting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) clinicians, writers, and creators. We honor culturally rooted narratives and provide a publishing experience grounded in support—not gatekeeping. Our mission is to make healing accessible through powerful stories and therapeutic tools, and our vision is to become the most trusted home for diverse voices who are ready to create real, lasting change.
We accept direct, unsolicited submissions, and we look forward to learning about your work and the story you’re ready to bring into the world.
